課程概述 |
待補這門課主要從非營利組織脈絡中討論社工管理基本概念、理論和議題，強調社工管理處於社會發展脈絡，管理內涵也有所變化，本課除了強調相關理論與實務外，並引用台灣不同非營利組織國的實例作參考，做為引發討論的媒介。 |

(一)學習與應用非營利組織理論。
(二)反思與演練社工管理實務。
(三)培養分析與處理社工管理有關議題的能力。
(四)敏感社工管理中存在的權力議題，落實反壓迫的管理原則。

課堂參與(20%)， 討論按需要分組,主持-報告-紀錄提問輪流擔任，表現佳者po ceiba供參學習，未參與討論視同缺席紀錄於周二晚間12:00前po ceiba。 |

學生分組，按照實習經驗或自找一個非營利組織，發展適合之專題，配合本學期的架構和理論進行分析，並發展可能的變革方案，報告格式以 APA (American Psychology Association)格式為準(報告內容10-15頁。 |

出缺席(10%)，請假並先告知老師，無故缺席一次扣1分。遲到早退被點到超過4次開始扣分。
